Join us on a one full day holiday program where they will learn the basics of Muay Thai, and get their hands dirty preparing their own lunch and tea break.
At the end of the day, they will be equipped with the knowledge of staying fit and healthy through physical activities and nutrition.

i) Promote health among children during the school holidays
ii) Introduce basic Muay Thai to children as self-defense skill and be fit.
iii) Educate children simple, healthy recipes

10.00am Lunch Preparation - Cook their own lunch
1.00pm Lunch time & clean up - They will learn how to clean up
2.00pm Fun Nutritional learning activity with our dietician
3.00pm Muay Thai
3.15pm Break
3.45pm Tea break preparation - Prepare their own tea
4.15pm Tea break and clean-up
5.00pm Muay Thai and wrap up
5.30pm Graduation & Presentation -Muay thai performance and Serve tea break to parents
