Number of lessons : 10 lessons for each Package .

* To ensure learning comfortability, swimmer needs to gather friends for semi individual and small group.

* Sessions must be completed within 6 months from date of enrolment

What You'll Learn

As a beginner, you may find difficulties in putting your head into the water due to a fear of water, learning how to breathe and taking your very first stroke. Conquering those challenges is never easy, but a little consistency and determination will get you through it. ​

With our experience in teaching beginners up to advanced swimmers and a programme developed by the world's leader in swimming,, you will get the best quality of learning. The programme incorporates a unique learning process which uses simple drills to build up your stroke step-by-step.


  • Overcome fear of putting face in the water/deep water.

  • Stroke technique and coordination.

  • Breath timing - how and when to take a breath.


  • Private swimming session with full attention to suit your individual needs.​​
  • Learn to Swim Freestyle / Breast stroke / Back stroke / Butterfly (by request) / Survival skills

  • Exercises to help you develop feel for the water and improve your mobility in the water.

  • Dryland exercises to develop a good swimming posture and stroke technique.

  • Simple drills to build up your stroke step-by-step where you can practice on your own after each session.

  • Enhancing your visualisation to swim elegant in the water with HD Videos by world class swimmers (by request).

"Thanks coach Shauqie Aziz for all the guidance and training sessions. With the stroke corrections and group swim sessions I could really see my swim had improved. The most important was I no longer had shoulder and wrist pained after swim training besides the soreness from intensive drills sessions. I am glad that I did a pb of 1.9km in 46:24 in the recent Ironman70.3 Putrajaya and won a slot to the World championship ironman 70.3 in Austria. Do hope to continue to improve and prepare better for the championship in August."
