Classes offered in our studio:-

1. Dance Training Program - Jazzercise. Jazzercise is a pulse-pounding, beat-pumping fitnes...s program that gets you results…fast. It’s a calorie-torching, hip swiveling, dance party with a hot playlist to distract you from the burn. Among the format are DanceMixx, Interval, Strike, Fusion, Core, Strength.

2. Boot Camp Fitness (will be held outdoor at Ara Damansara Park)
A fitness boot camp is type of group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. While there are a variety of styles of fitness boot camps, most are designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they'd push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp. The typical fitness boot camp is done outdoors, but sometimes they are held in a gym or fitnesfacility.

3. Flow Yoga 
Flow Yoga - flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. It's a broad classification that encompasses many different types of yoga, including Ashtanga and power yoga.

4. Zumba
Zumba is an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.

5. Hip Hop Dance for Kids
Hip Hop is a dance style, usually danced to hip hop music, that evolved from the hip hop culture. The first dance associated with hip hop was breakdancing. While breakdancing consists primarily of moves executed close to the ground, the majority of hip hop moves are done standing up.

6. Konga - KONGA® is an easy-to-follow, high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance & Sculpting set to the hottest beats from all decades. Konga® is a fierce & wild workout designed to shape, sculpt & redefine your physique while injecting your body with an endorphin overload
