Classes are open to all prospective student wishing to enhance their well-being.
Individual lessons, private instruction or group classes for corporations are also available upon request.
Jess was introduced to yoga as a teenager and return to path as Laboratory Chemist. She was greatly inspired by the healing transformation that took place in her body and mind as her yoga practice deepened. Yoga inspires Jess to live each moment more mindfully and appreciation on what we have in our lives.
Jess completed Yoga Teaching Training since 2011. She will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom her teachers have share with her.
In her classes, she loves to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen you practice. Jess seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and her hope is that students step off the mat feeling refreshed, distress, nourished and balanced in the life. Yoga practice has help grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both in and off the mat.
