Our Mission

To help people experience greater well being - physically, mentally and emotionally through the practice of yoga.

Description

Samkkya is derived from an ancient Sanskrit word meaning ‘to know the truth’.

We believe the path to health and wellness lies in establishing oneself in a state of yoga: knowing and understanding our own body, mind and heart, and integrating the three to desire and work towards the same goal.
