Yoga Life Center was founded with the intention of providing a safe and stress free environment for individuals to practice yoga. The participants will have the opportunity to rejuvenate and strengthen their mind and body and spirit through the exploration of their yoga practice.
Classes are taught in Hata style by internationally certified yoga teachers with years of experience.
