In the event of the lesson is cancelled by the Lesson Provider (Instructor or Center) prior to its commencement, or if you are unable to get any response from the Lesson Provider, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will rectify the situation for you. Do not worry! 100% full refund is available for you within 3 working days after the investigation.
Once the Lesson Provider accepts you as their learner, we will not provide any refund for further cancelled classes. In this case, you and the Lesson Provider must arrange and agree for a suitable rain check, make-good, or refund.
If you find difficulties in contacting the Lesson Provider after you book a lesson, please email us at email@example.com. We will check on your behalf with the Lesson Provider to better help you with your booking.
** Refund of your booking fees (20%) is not available if you are unable to attend the lesson. We highly suggest you to reschedule the lesson in this event. Transfer of the lessons booked to your friends and family will be subjected to the discussion and mutual agreement between you and the Lesson Provider.
